Corrective Action System

The Corrective Action System was developed to help manage and track quality assurance cases. The system allows users to create, edit and delete corrective actions for any number of categories.

Other features include:

• Different access rights for administrators, managers, standard users, or any other groups you may require.
• Dynamic linking between information. Clicking the "Customers" button in a request form will pop up a list of all available customers for you to choose from. No need to fill in time consuming fields!
• Dependency view showing the link between your current form and related tables. Quickly find all users belonging to a specific location.

Training System

The training system was developed to manage employee training requirements. It allows administrators to created departments, training courses, due dates, and more. Training requirements can be assigned to individual users or entire departments, with the added complexities of prerequisite courses, department supervisors, and more.

The training system includes all the standard features of the Corrective Action System as well as:

• A dynamic tree view for easily modifying and overseeing the relationships between job descriptions, training courses, and users.
• Automatic email reminders for users and supervisors when a user is assigned a new training requirement and when training is overdue.
