Visual Team Calendar Demo

The Visual Team Calendar is an innovative management tool for IBM Lotus Notes that allows easy administration of appointments, enterprise-resources and vacation entries. Unique in its functions, Visual Team Calendar is a userfriendly solution, based on a high level of convenience, which is new to the market. Due to an integrated on demand Gantt Chart Engine it is possible to visualize appointments, resources and vacation entries, using a graph bar.

The user is able to reschedule and change meetings and all kind of reservations (e.g. room reservation) with the drag&drop function, directly within the applet window. The free selection of timescale (e.g. weekly, monthly or annual view) allows the user to easily organize resources and to optimize available time on a daily basis. Moreover, appointments can be generated, changed and deleted very quickly.
