Comparatio EDI Maintenance vs Professional Services
Definitions
Installation: Refers to the installation of the EDI system itself, e.g. the server installation and configuration.
Trading Partner: Any entity that Comparatio’s customers are exchanging transactions with. These entities may be Comparatio’s customers, vendors, vending machines, eCommerce system and others.
Trading Partner Setup (aka Setup): Refers to the setup and configuration of trading partners.
Company: Synonymous for Comparatio customer.
Monitoratio: Comparatio’s internal system – and server monitoring tool.
Comparatio EDI Portal: Comparatio’s online EDI Portal where customers can view their EDI traffic, access historical transactions and monitor or resend transactions.
Maintenance – Included in Monthly/Annual Fee
- Activation of Comparatio’s EDI software
- General usage of Comparatio’s EDI software
- Setting up ERP connection if connectors exist (e.g. P21) – see under Professional Services if connectors do not exist yet
- Responding to support requests
- Access to the EDI Support: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday
- Assistance on product questions, functionality or process questions
- Troubleshooting issues
- Identify and escalate system issues to Comparatio R&D as necessary
- Gathering Trading Partner connectivity and data format information
