Comparatio EDI Maintenance vs Professional Services

Definitions

Installation: Refers to the installation of the EDI system itself, e.g. the server installation and configuration.

Trading Partner: Any entity that Comparatio’s customers are exchanging transactions with. These entities may be Comparatio’s customers, vendors, vending machines, eCommerce system and others.

Trading Partner Setup (aka Setup): Refers to the setup and configuration of trading partners.

Company: Synonymous for Comparatio customer.

Monitoratio: Comparatio’s internal system – and server monitoring tool.

Comparatio EDI Portal: Comparatio’s online EDI Portal where customers can view their EDI traffic, access historical transactions and monitor or resend transactions.

Maintenance – Included in Monthly/Annual Fee

    1. Activation of Comparatio’s EDI software
    2. General usage of Comparatio’s EDI software
    3. Setting up ERP connection if connectors exist (e.g. P21) – see under Professional Services if connectors do not exist yet
    4. Responding to support requests
      1. Access to the EDI Support: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday
      2. Assistance on product questions, functionality or process questions
      3. Troubleshooting issues
      4. Identify and escalate system issues to Comparatio R&D as necessary
    5. Gathering Trading Partner connectivity and data format information
    6. Setting up new trading partner connections (e.g. SFTP, AS2, VAN)
      1. Access to boarding request forms for Trading Partner Setup
      2. Testing during Trading Partner Setup
      3. Configuration changes for Trading Partner Setups
      4. Promotion of Trading Partners in test mode to Production
